Updated and improved, the Diamond Giant Air Mannequin in red comes unweighted and the base can be filled with water for a more bobbly result or sand for a more rigid outcome for use in football drills.

The Diamond Giant Air Mannequin in red is 6ft 4in, broader than the standard version, and has a specialised valve with improved air retention qualities, a nylon casing and high-quality latex bladder.

Airmen now come unweighted and can be made ready for use in two different ways.

The rubber base can be easily filled with water to give a great rock-about performance, or the empty sandbag can be filled with around 15kg of sand for a more rigid effect.
