Pro:Direct Air Mannequin

Sold unweighted but easy to prepare for use in two different ways, the Pro:Direct Air Mannequin is ideal for a variety of training drills and can be made more or less sturdy.

The Pro:Direct Air Mannequin has a supplied rubber base which can be filled with water to give great rebound or the sandbag can be filled with 15kg of sand to give a more rigid effect.

A specialised valve has improved air retention qualities and the Air Mannequin can be used for a range of drills in a variety of ways.
